Welcome to Rupayan Infotech. These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your use of our website Rupayan Infotech (the "Website") and the services (the "Services") provided by Rupayan Infotech. By accessing the Website or purchasing/engaging our Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Services Provided

Rupayan Infotech provides services including but not limited to: website design & development, mobile app development, custom software development, UI/UX, digital marketing (SMM/PPC/SEO), VFX & video editing, 2D/3D interior design visualizations, and related IT services. Service details are listed on the Website.

2. Engagement & Scope

  • All projects require a signed proposal, statement of work (SOW), or written confirmation before work begins.
  • Any additional work outside the agreed SOW is subject to additional fees and a separate agreement.

3. Payment Terms

  • Fees, milestones, and payment schedules will be stated in the invoice or SOW. Unless otherwise specified, all amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Payments must be made using the payment methods described in the invoice. Invoices not paid on time may incur suspension of services until payment is received.

4. No Refunds

Because we provide digital, bespoke, and time-bound services, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Please review our Refund Policy for details. By making a payment you acknowledge and accept the No Refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All deliverables produced by Rupayan Infotech remain Rupayan Infotech's intellectual property until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, ownership or usage rights for deliverables transfer to the client as specified in the SOW or license agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide required materials, access credentials, approvals and timely feedback. Delays caused by the client may shift project timelines.
  • Failure to cooperate may result in project suspension or termination — payments already made will not be refunded.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

Rupayan Infotech will deliver services with reasonable skill and care. Except where expressly stated, all other warranties (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed. We do not guarantee error-free operation in every environment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rupayan Infotech's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific project, and we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement where material breach is not remedied within a reasonable period. Termination does not entitle the client to refund of amounts already paid.
