Refund Policy

Important: Please read carefully before making any payment.

All payments made to Rupayan Infotech for Services (including deposits, milestone payments and final payments) are non-refundable. Because our Services involve custom work, time, and resource allocation, once payment is processed and work begins, we cannot offer refunds.

Scope

• This No Refund policy applies to all service categories offered by Rupayan Infotech unless an alternate written agreement explicitly states otherwise.
• If a dispute arises about whether deliverables were provided as agreed, we will review the project, reference the signed SOW, and attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

Exceptions

In rare cases, at our sole discretion, we may offer account credit or partial refunds; any such exception will be documented in writing. Do not assume refunds are available unless provided in writing by an authorized Rupayan Infotech representative.

Please ensure you have reviewed the SOW, deliverables, timeline, and fees carefully. Ask questions and request clarifications before you make any payment.
